Instructions and tips

Step-by-step explanations on how to reach your destination with IziLo.

1- Plan your itinerary, prepare your trip

  • Download the IziLo app from Google Play or App Store!
  • Just enter your destination; the app will geolocate you, and then you follow the instructions.
  • The next stop is indicated in real time in green.
  • Log on to the IziLo app to top up your account. With a simple click, pay by bank card via a secure form.

 

2- At the bus stop

  • The numbers and destinations of the routes are displayed on the bus stop pole or shelter along with timetables and a network map.
  • Traffic alerts are available on izilo.bzh and you can also follow the traffic situation on X.
  • Some bus shelters are equipped with an information terminal; the actual waiting time before the bus arrives is displayed.
  • Prepare your KorriGo pass.

3- When the bus arrives 

  • Above the bus windscreen, the display shows the route number and direction the bus is going.
  • Drivers stop at bus stops on request so signal well in advance.
  • Always get on the bus using the front door.
  • Greet the driver.

4- On the bus or ferry

  • Validate you KorriGo, Izi carte or MTicket pass on the validator or by flashing QR code whenever you board, including when connecting.
  • All tickets (tickets, cards, MTicket, Tixipass) must be presented when requested by an inspector.
  • To facilitate access for other passengers, head for the back of the bus.

5- Common sense

  • Leave seats for people who have priority: anyone with mobility problems, pregnant or elderly.
  • For a safe journey, it is advisable to hold on to the bars and handholds to limit falls.

6- Travelling with a child

  • Children under the age of 4 travel free of charge provided they are accompanied by an adult holding a valid ticket. If you're traveling at peak times, it's advisable to fold strollers away to avoid getting in the way of other passengers and to clear the way.
  • Children aged 8 and over can travel alone.

7- For comfort and safety

The following behavior is not tolerated on board buses or ferries:

  • pushing passengers to get off,
  • smoking (including electronic cigarettes),
  • carrying explosive or flammable objects,
  • cluttering the aisle with suitcases, satchels,
  • putting feet up on seats,
  • wearing roller skates or rollerblades,
  • using sound equipment or instruments...
  • Scooters are tolerated but must be folded.

Dogs are allowed on buses and ferries under certain conditions:

  • Service dogs, small dogs in a basket or bag, dogs on a leash and muzzled.
  • Category 1 dogs are not allowed on board.

 

 

 

 

 

8- Getting off the bus

  • Warn the driver one stop before by pressing one of the "stop requested" buttons.
  • The bus stops, press the "door open" button near the center or rear doors.
  • You may only get off the bus through the center or rear doors.
