MTicket : a revolution in ticket purchasing

The MTicket is a new feature integrated into the IziLo app, which can be downloaded free of charge. Passengers will now be able to purchase all single tickets directly using the IziLo app.

Tickets are also available on the national Tixipass application.

 

 

  How does it work ?

  1. Go to the IziLo app
  2. Log in or register (this is the same account as the eBoutique
  3. Click on the "MTickets" button, choose your ticket and the number of tickets you want.
  4. Pay on your cell phone
  5. All tickets purchased can be found in the "Use" tab 
  6. Validate by flashing the QR-codes on buses and ferries (a message confirms validation)
   Get on, validate! Even when connecting.

  • One login for access to the eBoutique and MTicket.
  • One device for storing tickets, on the KorriGo pass or on the MTicket.

To validate  tickets using a smartphone, passengers must scan a QR-Code when boarding a bus or ferry, even when connecting. The QR-Code is unique to each vehicle and is located above the ticket validator.

  1. Select a ticket from the "Use" tab.
  2. A “Validate” button appears to confirm the selection
  3. After agreeing to camera use, the user can scan the QR-Code displayed inside the bus or ferry.

 

Yes, you need an Internet connection to purchase and use your MTicket ticket.

To check your MTicket, show the ticket being used to the ticket inspector, who will scan the QR code on your screen to verify its validity.

How to display the ticket being used :

  1. MTicket section in the IziLo app
  2. Click on the ticket or on time remaining
  3. Press on the control screen insert 
  4. Click on the QR code at the top of the image

 

Oui, l’ensemble des MTickets sont valables même correspondance.

Vous devez valider votre MTicket lors de chaque montée à bord d’un véhicule en cas de correspondance.

Démarche pour prendre une correspondance sur un ticket en cours de validité :

  1. Cliquer sur le titre ou sur temps restant
  2. Appuyer sur prendre une correspondance
  3. Flasher le QR code sur les stickers à bord des véhicules

Pour le ticket 1 voyage et ticket 10 voyages, le MTicket est valable une heure après la première validation.

Pour le ticket journée, le MTicket est valable pendant la journée à compter de la 1ère validation jusqu’à la fin de service.
