Contactless payment

Your bank card becomes your ticket

Are you already familiar with contactless payment? Use this solution when you buy your tickets on board the IziLo Mobilités de Lorient Agglo buses & ferries equipped with the new ticket validators. You no longer need change or paper tickets: we simplify your journey!

How does it work?

  • Consult & edit with complete peace of mind

The day after your trip, you can view your payment history on a dedicated, secure platform:

  1. Anonymous access via highly secure authentication 
  2. Fill in the first 6 and last 4 digits of your bank card number, the expiry date and the day of your trip.
  3. Print a statement of consumption and payment receipts for each of your trips.

You can access a summary of your payments within 30 days.

  • Validez : simple comme bonjour

  1. Place your bank card (except American Express), your phone or your connected watch equipped with a contactless payment application (Wallet) on the blue frame of the ticket validator displaying the "contactless payment" logo.

  2. "beep" sounds with a green screen indicating "Titre valide, montée autorisée" : your journey is paid for & validated! You can travel for 1 hour.

  3. For connections,  the same means of payment must be presented again at a ticket validator. An orange screen confirms  "Ticket already validated". Rest assured, you won't be charged ! This allows us to keep track of how many people use our routes & to adapt them to your needs.

 

  • Traveling with several people: no problem

Now you can travel with up to 5 people on the same bank card, thanks to the "Multi-travel" mode!
  1. Touch your bank card on the validator to register your ticket 
  2. Touch again using the same means of payment within 30 seconds of your first validation: The screen will then display the message "Confirm for 2 passengers" 
  3. Touch your bank card to validate the second passenger.
  4. With the "multi-trip" mode enabled, you can now touch your bank card up to 4 times if there are 5 of you.

A problem?

Why doesn't it work?

If the message "Travel refused" appears on a red screen Your bank card may not be accepted for the following reasons: 

  • Your bank card is not compatible with the system (American Express bank card) 
  • The maximum use of your bank card has been reached 
  • Your bank card has expired or is faulty 
  • Only one bank card should be touched on the validator: no overlapping cards

Other payment methods are also available

  • Buy a single or 1-day ticket in cash from the driver (up to a €20 ticket) 
  • KorriGo pass: nominative & personalized, it can contain IziLo tickets & subscriptions as well as partner Breton networks such as TER Bretagne or Breizh Go.
  • IZILO app: buy & scan your ticket using the QR codes above the validators 
  • IziCarte single pass: available at the Maison des mobilités & at our partner retailers.

& in the event of an inspection?

In the event of a ticket inspection, simply present your means of payment to the ticket inspectors.

  • Monday to Friday: 8.00 AM to 6.30 PM
  • Saturday : 8.30 AM-12.30PM & 1.30PM-6.00PM
