MTicket : a revolution in ticket purchasing The MTicket is a new feature integrated into the IziLo app, which can be downloaded free of charge. Passengers will now be able to purchase all single tickets directly using the IziLo app. Tickets are also available on the national Tixipass application. How does it work ? Go to the IziLo app Log in or register (this is the same account as the eBoutique Click on the "MTickets" button, choose your ticket and the number of tickets you want. Pay on your cell phone All tickets purchased can be found in the "Use" tab Validate by flashing the QR-codes on buses and ferries (a message confirms validation) Get on, validate! How do I validate my MTicket ? To validate tickets using a smartphone, passengers must scan a QR-Code when boarding a bus or ferry, even when connecting. The QR-Code is unique to each vehicle and is located above the ticket validator. Select a ticket from the "Use" tab. A “Validate” button appears to confirm the selection After agreeing to camera use, the user can scan the QR-Code displayed inside the bus or ferry. Is Internet access required to use the MTicket ? Yes, you need an Internet connection to purchase and use your MTicket ticket. How do inspectors check MTickets ? To check your MTicket, show the ticket being used to the ticket inspector, who will scan the QR code on your screen to verify its validity. Yes, all MTickets are valid even for connections. You must validate your MTicket whenever you board a connecting vehicle. How to make a connection on a valid ticket : Click on the ticket or on time remaining Press on take a connection Flash the QR code on the stickers on board the vehicles For a single ticket and the 10-trip ticket, the MTicket is valid for one hour after first validation. For 1-day tickets, the MTicket is valid for the day from the 1st validation until the end of service.
